Industries including international contracting, touring ,acmodation are also taking the advantage of cheap labor force and nature resources. The lack of key technology prevent the internationalization of our country. Once we are given out of the natural resource, the cost will go up because of the scarcity. Such changes will definitely prevent the the development of the industry and force them to pete with higher resource utilization. 16  The parts production in China is severely laggard. The experience of industrialized countries shows that the local manufacturing could not be fully developed without a strengthened parts production. In China, however, 40% to 50% of the parts supply for automobiles need to be imported from foreign manufacturers. Though the electrical industry in China have been already in the leading place, the development of the core chips is still behind top manufacturers by three generations. 17 Lowerinternationalized  There are almost 64,000 multinational pany (parent pany) that takes 1/3 of the whole world manufacturing, 70% of foreign direct investment, % of world trade, over 70% of patent and other technology transfer. According to the statistics, till the end of 2020, the accumulation of the investment from China’s pany is not more than 37 billion dollars, which is just % of the total foreign investment in China. 18 Strategy for the Internationalization of China’s manufacturing  As the resources ,market, technology being distributed globally , China’s manufacturing should be internationalized.  Nowadays, most of the Chinese manufacturers are working in the low valueadded part of the industrial chain. What’s more, it will not help us to learn to possess the key technology and equipment. We need to make efforts to make China’s manufacturing more creative . It is the responsibility of all the manufactures to update ourselves in new technology and innovation. 19 (一 )The Strategic Direction of Cultivating the Core Competitiveness  The industries which our country’s manufacturing enterprises exist are different, their international position deviate from their potential relative petitive advantage in the international petition. The manufactures of different domains should analyze and select proper ways of internationalization through the actuality of the domain, and the fundamental issue is to understand the strategic direction of cultivating the core petitiveness.  For different industries, the emphases of strategic goals of internationalization also are different. 20 1.
