caused by the Employee himself or herself. The Employer shall offer the Employee insurance. Work injury pensation will be given according to insurance policy. Article Seven Working Conditions 1 The Employee shall carry out any duty which may be assigned to him/her, to the best of his/her capacity of knowledge, irrespective of the designed terms given in this contract of Employment. The Employee shall carry out his/her duties diligently, honestly, and for as many hours as it may be required by the work. Further, the Employee shall observe all necessary requirements in order to avoid, or reduce the risk to the minimum lost to the worker himself/herself or to third parties. The Employer shall provide necessary working conditions and working protection equipment. The pany may provide some working protective materials, but it shall not be deemed as the Company’s obligation. If the pany provide the Employee with some necessary protection equipments and other equipment, the Employee must sign for which they received. And they must keep them intact otherwise they must pensate the loss according to the actual cost or depreciation of them. 2 The Employee shall ply with all rules and regulations of this project during the period of contract. If the Employee fails to ply with any rules, he/she will be dismissed and his/her salary will be deducted to a certain degree. Article Eight Harmful objects in work premises The Employee shall not bring any weapon or other harmful objects to the work site. A violation of this Clause will be deemed as misconduct and as a subversive act of discipline and the Employer wi1l take all necessary steps to report it to the local security Bureau and the contract will be terminated automatically at the same time. Article Nine Termination of Contract without Notice and Compensation The Employer reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time and without notice or pensation when the Employee has the following case: 1. Insubordination or failure to carry out orders from supervisors or serious insults to colleague or brawls or 第 3 页 共 4 页 quarrels at the work place 2.
