COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS Logistics Service Provider shall ply with all applicable federal, and provincial/state laws, regulations, policies and practices as well as the regulations of any other country in which it performs services under this Agreement. In particular, and without detracting from the generality of the foregoing, Logistics Service Provider shall be knowledgeable about, and fully in pliance with, any legal requirements pertaining to the transportation of hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or overweight containers. 17.
