In addition to meeting the requirement of this Regulation, the content and format of each kind of document for construction pletion shall also be in pliance with the following stipulation in any of the following cases: 1. Shall be defined through negotiation by construction contractor and Owner in accordance with design provision or equipment‘s instruction manual, for a project without applicable specification up to now。 2. Shall follow the relevant specifications or the stipulations issued by the relevant department, which are not covered by this Regulation (see and )。 3. Shall give first priority to the table listed in this Regulation (see appendix A) if the relevant specification has the similar table as that in this Regulation. See Appendix B for instructions about how to use the table. Construction contractor shall provide to Owner the document for construction pletion in two copies, among which quality documentation of equipment, materials and semi products can be provided one in original. Copies of document for construction pletion shall follow what is otherwise specified by the construction contract. In addition to the one delivered to Owner, construction contractor itself shall keep one copy (asbuilt drawings can be excluded) for future consultation. Content, format and copies of document for construction pletion of imported project shall follow this Regulation besides the special requirements of foreign contractor. — 10 — 3 Compilation and Handover of Document for Construction Completion Compilation and Sorting of Document for Construction Completion contractor shall anize during construction execution his people to fill in Original Construction Records timely and seriously in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation and the relevant standards and specifications, and shall ask construction technicians to prepare the documents for all specialties according to the requirement stated in Chapter 2 before construction pletion. When some original records are required specially by Owner, they shall be agreed upon by Owner and construction contractor, and shall be incorporated into the relevant archives of document for construction pletion. During construction execution, Owner shall assist construction contractor in timely sorting of document for construction pletion and shall go through the relevant attestation and confirmation procedures jointly with the units concerned (such as design unit, supervision unit, project quality supervisory authority and production unit etc.), for which each unit shall have no excuse for delay. If document for construction pletion needs to be testified and confirmed by at least two parties, construction contractor shall notify the other party in writing certain period in advance as specified in the contract. The notified party‘s failure to attend timely shall be deemed as waiving its right and shall sign for confirmation in such document for construction pletion.
