节严重程度予以相应处罚： 甲类过失：初次违反上述规定，情节轻微，罚款 5~10 元并口头警告； 乙类过失：初次违反上述规定但情节较严重，罚款 10~20 元并记过一次； 丙类过失：再次违反上述规定有关内容或初次违反上述规定但情节十分严重，罚款 20~50 元并记大过一次； 丁类过失：屡次违反上述规定并无改正表现或情节恶劣严重影响学校声誉，罚款 50~100 元并报学校予以辞退或开除； 2） 奖励：凡遵守上述规定，日常工作表现优秀者视情况予以相应奖励和通报表扬（具体金额由分校和分校部、少儿部共同协商确定） 奖罚程序： 分校在日常管理中发现教师违纪情况后，由分校主管当场开罚单并告知当事人，一周内报分校部和少儿部共同备案。 （严重情况应及时报分校部和少儿部共同处理）。 本规 定最终解释权归少儿部，自颁布之日起生效。 **少儿部教师培训和例会制度 一． 考勤： 1． 签到：所有参加培训和例会的教师需提前在指定地方签到； 2． 请假：教师如有特殊情况确实不能参加培训和例会的，需提前一周写请假条并由分校主管审批后交于少儿部。 凡临时请假或口头，电话请假者一律不受理，按旷会论处。 二． 纪律： 2． 培训和例会过程中，手机必须置于震动或静间状态（最好关闭），严禁接打电话和收发短信。 3． 保持会场安静，严禁交头接耳，窃窃私语，吃零食和喝东西及其它一切与会无关的行为。 4． 不得随意走动或提前退场，确有特殊情况者需征得主持人 或培训师同意后方可离席。 三．奖罚规定： 1． 凡迟到，早退和旷会者，一律按《 **外语少儿部管理规定》并视情节予以处罚。 2． 凡不遵守会议纪律者，主持人或培训师可予以批评，再次违反将记录姓名并要求会后写出书面检查，屡教不改者，主持人或培训师有权取消其培训或参会资格，予以全校通报批评。 3． 对于认真参加培训及例会的教师，在年度考核和优秀教师评选中予以加分，对于不认真者视情节予以减分直至取消评优资格。 领物须知 1． 工作证 负责 老师发放 2． 书，教 参，磁带，→ 负责 老师（本项领取时需付押金，书一本 20 元，磁带一盘 10元，教参一本 5 元，开票。 退还时凭票据找卢老师办手续，后去财务室领取押金。 ） 5． 教案，电话卡→ 负责 老师 6． 试卷（期末及月考）→ 负责 老师 少儿部教师电话卡的管理规定 为了加强教师与家长之间的联系 ,确保我校教学质量的稳步提高 ,根椐少儿部实际情况 ,给教师配奋电话卡 ,具体规定如下 : 一 :领取和使用规定 : 1. 每班每期学员每人 1 元 ,以班级人数为准 ,所带班级数量汇总到一起 ,最后以实际人数 (四舍五入 )来定电话卡金额 . 2. 领取电话卡时间原则上必须在本班开课一个月之内 ,过期不再领取 (若逢电话卡购买期间可按实际顺延 ),领取时需凭 电话卡领取申请单 ,要求按规定填写清楚并有主管签字 ,同时附带 学员考勤表 ,(出勤表上尤要注明姓名 ,性别 ,联系方式 ,开课日期 ,上课时间 ,代课地点 )及上期学员回访记录。 3. 领取电话卡后每期与学生联系不得少于 3 次 (期初 ,期中 ,期末 ). 4. 每期在与学生联系时要如实填写《学员回访表》，教师不得使用电话卡打私人电话或对记录弄虚作假 ,一经发现将按规定处罚 . 二 :奖罚规定： 1. 学校成立各分校 ,少儿部和分校部 (客户服务中心 )三重管理机制对教师电话回访进行监督 . 2. 凡发现教 师违规使用电话卡或记录弄虚作假者 ,一律处以原卡金额 10 倍的罚款 ,并予以全校通报批评 .违规 2 次以上或情节特别严重者 ,除以上处罚外将停发其工资 . 3. 对于按要求认真回访并得到学生和家长一致认可和表扬的教师 ,学校将按有关规定给予1050 元奖励 . 三 :规定自 2020 年 1 月 1 日起执行 ,未尽事宜解释权归少儿部 . And pronunciation is divided into the vowel and the consonants. As you know has IPA and KK. Now we don‟ t talk about these. We „ll share something new. That is the pedagogy.
