antilism political science of development economy, some penniless in America in the oil field overnight for gold mining and ranked in the rich people, and a large number of successful economic personages later changed successively, turned a political officials. Today, many American still wishful thinking to leave their own country to imagine encourage social rank the embodiment of longitudinal flow and spokesperson, believe that one man can by individual ability, not family relations and succeed, even women and black is no exception. Such optimism in Europe, in addition to Britain and the Czech republic, is extremely rare. 7 Most of the European believe that their success by a kind of more than their personal power factor control, but in the United States, only 32% of people believe the fatalism. The Development of the American Dream The colonists were building a new way of life in the New World and personal material wealth and obtaining the happy life they pursued. There were a number of features which would play a role in forming the American dram: representative form of government, rule of law, respect of individual, rights, religious tolerance and a strong spirit of individual enterprise. Since then, there have been deals, agreements, treaties and even laws passed to reach the dream. During most of the 18th century, Great Britain ruled the area that was to bee the United States. The colonial men wanted to be free and independent from British rule. They were tired of the injustice imposed upon them .On July 4th, 1776, representatives of the American colonies wrote and ratified the Declaration of Independence. This document ranks as one of the greatest documents in human history, as well as the first step taken by Americans to achieve the American dream. The dream of religious freedom and economic independence was started when the fiftysix members of the continental congress signed their names for all the American people. When the eastern seaboard, prising the thirteen colonies, became overcrowed, this pursuit of happiness and freedom shifted inland with the drive westward beyond the Appalachian Mountains. They moved westward and built new frontiers until they reached the pacific. The concept of the frontier is closely related to the American idea of Manifest Destiny, which first appeared in an article written by a democratic politician John Sullivan who criticized the policy of other nations of “hampering our power, limiting our greatness and checking the fulfillment of our manifest destiny to overspread the continent allotted by providence for the free development of our yearly multiplying millions.”[4] The implications of Manifest Destiny are three fold: A. Inevitability of the founding of the United States of America. B. The legitimacy of the expansion of American territory。 C. The spread of American democracy being the task of American people who were chosen to do the Lord’s work. The opening of the middle and western states increased the sense of hope and faith. It just like Ronald Reagan said, we think back to the pioneer of an earlier century, the sturdy souls who took their families and their belongings and set out into the frontier of the American west, often they met with terrible hardship. Along the Oregon Trail, you could still see the grave markers of those who fell on the way. But grief only steeled them to the journey ahead. As far as what the individuals have contributed to society, the early American dream has its positive significance. It inspired 8 individuals to strive for selfworth and promoted the American social progress and economic prosperity, and thus led the new emerging country to bee a major power in the world. IV.
