The sampling method and typical batch quantity are defined as follows:  同一厂别、同一炉罐号、同规格、同一交货状态,每 60t 为一验收批,不足 60t 也按一批计。 Reinforcing steel bars with the same factory name, heat number, specification and delivery condition are batched by every 60t for inspection and acceptance. Its sampling method and typical batch quantity are defined as follows:  以同一产地、同一规格每 400m3 或 600t 为一验收批,不足400m3 或 600t 也按一批计。 每一验 收批取样一组( 20kg)。 Sand with the same production place and specification is batched by every 400m3 or 600t for inspection and acceptance. Quantity less than 400m3 or 600t will also be considered as a batch. Take 20kg of sand out of each batch as sample.  当质量比较稳 定、进料量较大时,可定期检验。 When the quality is relatively steady and the quantity of ining sand is relatively large, the sand can be inspected periodically.  取样部位应均匀分部,在料堆上从 8 个不同部位抽取等量试样(每份 11kg)。 然后用四分法缩至 20kg,取样前先将取样部位面铲除。 Sample equal amount of sand from 8 different places that are evenly located with each sample weighed 11kg, and then use the quartering method to reduce each sample to 20kg.
