Designbuilding sit e sur vey and 奋战,目前,白云校区一期征地工作已经全部结束,一期范围内的各种功能的建筑物正在不断加紧建设之中,计划在 2020 年 9 月让学生入住新校区,白云校区总体规划由广州市城市规划勘测设计研究院设计。 一、 现状条件 新校园区内现有鱼塘 m2,水田 401802 m2,山地 751537 m2(另有通过新校区内的广从一级公路占地 m2),其中山地最高海拔高度为 ;鱼塘水田山地面积所占比例为 1: :。 新校园区陆地现皆为山林、果林,植被覆盖。 新校区基地地形整体呈狭长、不规则形态 ,西侧多为山坡地,东部较平坦。 二、总体规划、构思、规划结构与空间布局 (一) “ 一核两环四轴 ” 的总体结构 总体规划综合多方面因素,将现代教学模式与山地自然环境充分结合,形成结合地势、一线多区、动静分离的 “ 一核两环四轴 ” 的总体结构。 一核 —— 由中心湖面、水系及绿岛组成的中心生态核。 两环 —— 以环形辅道联系各主要教学楼,环绕中心湖面、水系及绿岛组成的中心生态核,兼具交通、景观功能,形成共享交流的环形空间;考虑到狭长的 地形特点在规划区内规划了环型车行主干道路,heat ing, vent ilat ion, and ot her f act ors.
