In this paper,nickel plating automatic production line contol system design is used for the study object, dedicated plating lane for the control object,analyzing plating process requirements and control requirements,using theoretical research methods , designing automatic control system of electroplating workshop dedicated lane based on system selects the Mitsubishi FX PLC to be controlled model， PLC output signals control the operation of two induction motors through the contacts of the contact action in order to achieve the level of traffic movement and control of the vertical movement of the that the rust, plating, up, down and other movement requires accurate driving and stop bits hook into account ,so installing limit swithes in each location which is needed is necessary,using limit swithes contact action as PLC input signal to control output signal,then control the motor stops, so you can make accurate driving and stopbit order to facilitate adjustment and maintenance of equipment in the program evaluat ion of scient if ic developm ent .
