60 months from date of sale to the first customer (“ the customer”) as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon, Hareon will, at its option, either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the Customer (“Purchase price”). The repair, replacement of refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the 60 month period set forth herein. This limited Product Warranty does not warrant a specific power output. （ 3） 海润 对 太阳能组件 功率输出承诺如下 ： 以 海润 的装运单日期起算 ， 自 组件 销售给买方之日起 10 年内， 任何太阳能组件，与 海润 所提供产品 测试报告对比，功率不足最小峰值功率的 90%； 自 组件销售给买方 之日起 25 年内 ，与 海润 所提供产品测试报告对比，功率不足最小峰值功率的 80%； 同时 海润 确认 短缺功率的问题是因为材料本身以及工艺问题造成的，则 海润 可以选择或提供额外电池板补足功率，或对不良电池板进行修理或换货，或是按照当时售价返还货款 ； 峰值功率是组件在最大功率点上产生的峰值瓦数。 测试 条件 为 ： (a)光谱 AM ； (b)辐照度 1,000 W / m2 (c)电池片温度 25摄氏度。 测试由 海润 参照 IEC904 和 海润 制造被售出组件的标准以及测试标准进行。 测得数据取自接线盒引线。 功率输出 数据 以 海润 或 海润 指定的 第三方测试机构的测试结果为准。 For the PVmodules, Hareon additionally warrants： If within the first ten(10) years from date of sale to the buyer as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon, any PVmodule(s) exhibits a power output less than 90% of the minimum Peak Power at STC1 as specified at the date of delivery in Hareon’s Product information Sheet, within a period of twentyfive(25) years from date of sale to the buyer as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon any PVmodule(s) exhibits a power output less than 80% of the minimum Peak Power at STC1 as specified at the date of delivery in Hareon’s Product information Sheet,provided that such loss in power is determined by Hareon ( at its sol。
