I dentif ied under t he proj ect bear t his or ganizing, coor dinating and over sight r esponsibilt ies。 2 （四）毕业答辩和成绩评定阶段：答辩、成绩评定、撰写评语、工作总结等。 第三章 毕业设计（论文）的选题 第七条 毕业设计（论文）选题应遵循以下原则： （一） 符合专业培养目标，满足本专业教学基本要求，使学生能够综合运用所学知 识，得到全面的训练。 （二） 体现“教学、科研、生产”相结合的原则。 （三） 供学生可选题目（含独立完成内容的子题目）的数量应多于学生人数；允许优秀学生自选或自拟课题。 （四） 一名学生一个题目。 当多名学生参加一个课题时，必须明确每名学生独立完成的任务，给出每名学生的子题目。 （五） 课题不得与往届重复。 （六） 选题的份量和难度要适当，有足够的知识覆盖面，所选题目的难度和工作量要与毕业设计（论文）相应的工作时间相当。 第四章 指导教师的要求与责任 第八条 指导教师的思想素质、业务能力、工作责任心直接影响毕业设计（论文）工作，在选定指导教师时严格遵循以下几点原则 ： （一） 指导教师要具有中级及以上职称和具有较高的学术水平、丰富的实践经验与高度的责任心。 助教、研究生不能单独指导毕业设计（论文），但可以协助指导。 指导教师一经确定，不得随意更换。 （二） 初次指导毕业设计（论文）的教师上岗前须经过培训，经学院 领导小组认定合格后，方能上岗。 （三） 由于学 生多而指导力量不足或学生到外单位做毕业设计（论文）时，学院 可以聘请外单位具有中级及以上职称的科技人员承担指导工作，但要有本专业的教师协助指导。 外聘的指导教师须报教务处备案。 （四） 毕业设计（论文）教学工作实行指导教师负责制，每位指导教师所指导的学生数 不能超过 10 名。 指导教师应确保对学生的指导时间（一般每周 不少于 2 次，每次不少于 2 小时）。 第九条 指导教师的具体任务： （一） 确定课题，填报《大连交通大学毕业设计（论文）课题选题表》。 （二） 准备资料、落实实习（调研）单位，填写《大连交通大学毕业设计（论文）任务书》。 （三） 下达毕业设计（论文）任务书，明确课题的目的、性质、内容、原始数据及要求。 （四） 指导学生制定实习计划、拟定实习调研提纲、搜集参考资料。 （五） 指导学生拟定毕业设计（论文）的工作计划和填写《大连交通大学毕业设计（论文）进度计划与考核表》，签署意见，作为平时检查和考核的依据。 （六） 审定学生拟定的设计、研究方案或开题报告。 （七） 定期检查学生的工作进度和质量，按时进行答疑与指导。 （八） 指导学生正确编写毕业设计说明书或撰写毕业论文及其它技术文件。 （九） 在毕业设计（论文）最后阶段，按任务书和毕业设计（论文）的规范要求检查学生m easur es planned im plem entation of t echnical pr ot ection m easures and secur it y schem es, t he pr oblem s should be pr om ptly r epor t ed t o t he M anager. 37t h: car bon super visor leader ship and head of t he pany should per iodically check t he ant i accident m easures planned, securit y t echnol gy pr ot ection m easures planned in im plem ent ation of m easur es against accident s and guar ant ee schem es, secur it y t echnology pr ot ection m easur es planne。
