The employer shall, in the event of the pany mitting any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or if the services provided by the pany is considered to be unsatisfactory by the employer or for any other reason considered by the employer as sufficient, be entitled to terminate this agreement by giving one month39。 s notice in writing and the pany shall not be entitled to any pensation in case of such termination. Preventive maintenance will be performed at pany office at the pany39。 s facility during the contract period (regular business days/hours), as mutually agreed or coincident with remedial maintenance, by authorised TNT39。 s service representative.
